Apple Hospitality REIT buys hotels for a total of $85M

Apple Hospitality REIT has acquired two hotels, spending a total of $85 million. It purchased the 134-room AC Hotel by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown for $34 million as well as the 156-room AC Hotel by Marriott Louisville Downtown for $51 million.
