Hydroponic gardens coming to Marriott’s Element

Hydroponic gardens will provide guests at Marriott International’s Element Hotels a source of fresh produce they can prepare in their rooms using recipes developed by Michelin award-winning chef Sammy Monsour. The long-term-occupancy properties don’t have restaurants but hope the gardens will help guests maintain a healthy lifestyle.
