Opening in May of 2023, Sandals Dunn’s River will be the newest Sandals property to open its doors to guests after Sandals Curacao opened in 2022. This adults-only, all-inclusive paradise will offer everything you have come to expect from Sandals, including complimentary transfers to and from the airport, unlimited fine dining at 12 different restaurants, unlimited premium liquors and unlimited water sports.

Secrets Impression Isla Mujeres: Isla Mujeres, Mexico
Opening in March of 2023, Secrets Impression Isla Mujeres will offer a romantic luxury vibe for adults only. This all-inclusive property will offer luxury suites just steps away from the white sand beaches this island is known for, and it will feature unlimited dining and drinks at eight restaurants.
A range of roomy suites are bookable for guests, including options with oceanfront views and private pools. The impressive Presidential suite at this property comes in at more than 3,500 square feet and has a private swim-out pool.

Falcon’s Resort by Meliá | All Suites Punta Cana is a new “resortainment” property that just opened its doors in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This all-inclusive resort offers luxury in a five-star setting, as well as world-class dining and a range of amenities you can’t find elsewhere.

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club is currently planning to open this fall, and it is allowing bookings starting on November 1, 2023 and beyond. This all-inclusive resort will also be for adults only with features like beach service, 24-hour room service and a daily refreshed mini-bar.

Sanctuary Cap Cana, a Luxury Collection All-Inclusive Resort is a luxury resort in the Dominican Republic that joined the Marriott Bonvoy hotel program in January of 2023. This adults-only all-inclusive property is situated along the white sand beaches the area is known for. There are five a la carte restaurants to choose from, as well as six bars, five unique pools and a nightlife destination located on the property.

Margaritaville Beach Resort Ambergris Caye will be the newest family-friendly resort on the island of Ambergris Caye when it begins accepting guests in early 2023. Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort is a new boutique resort from Marriott that will open on the island of St. Thomas later this year. The property sits along a quarter-mile stretch of Morningstar Beach, and it will offer 94 guest rooms and four open-air restaurants and lounges.

Andaz Mexico City Condesa: Mexico City, Mexico
This brand new World of Hyatt property opened its doors in Mexico City, Mexico in January of 2023, and it offers incredible views of the Mexico City skyline from its striking outdoor terrace. The property even features a dog-friendly outdoor venue called the Wooftop Beer Garden and Canine Club, which lets travelers enjoy cold brews and fine foods with their furry friend in tow.

Montage Cay is a new 53-acre private island resort that will open in the Bahamas in 2023. This luxury resort and residential community is less than one mile off the coast of Marsh Harbour, making it relatively easy to get to.

When Cayo Levantado Resort begins accepting guests in June of 2023, lucky visitors will almost certainly be impressed with this brand new island escape. Cayo Levantado is an island in Samaná Bay, meaning visitors can enjoy a true “island experience” off the coast of the Dominican Republic. The property is also a five-star, all-inclusive resort, so visitors can enjoy unlimited food, drink and entertainment in a secluded environment you won’t find with similar properties.

Hotel San Fernando: Mexico City, Mexico
The Hotel San Fernando in Mexico City, Mexico plans to open to guests during spring of 2023, and it will wow visitors with its location across the street from Parque México. The boutique property will feature 18 rooms and suites, a lobby bar with a lounge and a guest-only rooftop hotel visitors can escape to for stunning city views and peace and quiet.
The hotels’ lobby bar will offer light bites as well as craft cocktails made with unique recipes and diverse, local ingredients.
Golden Rock Dive & Nature Resort: St. Eustatius
St. Eustatius is an island you have never heard of that sits somewhere in the Caribbean between St. Kitts and Nevis and Anguilla. This tiny island doesn’t have many hotels or resorts due to its small size, and it is partially made up of national park space and open land surrounding the peak of Mount Mazinga.
This tiny island will open its first and only upscale resort in early 2023, however. Called the Golden Rock Dive & Nature Resort, this unique property will offer just 58 suites across 40 acres of stunning gardens. Hotel features will include a signature seafood restaurant, two sparking pools (one with a pool bar), basketball and tennis courts and several jogging and walking paths.
Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort & Spa: Roatan, Honduras
The Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort & Spa is currently planning to open during the summer of 2023. When it does, it will feature 126 guest rooms, some of which will have one or two bedrooms.
The property’s location in Honduras puts it next to one of the most diverse and beautiful coral reefs in the world, making it ideal for ocean exploration, snorkeling and other water activities. Belnem House Bonaire: Bonaire
In early 2023, the Caribbean island of Bonaire will see a new boutique resort begin accepting visitors. This property is located in the villa district of Belnem, making it relatively close to the island’s capital city of Kralendijk. Upon opening, Belnem House Bonaire will feature 31 luxury suites, apartments and penthouses.

The Kimpton Hotel Virgilio will become one of the newest boutique hotels in Mexico City, Mexico when it opens in summer of 2023. This smaller property will feature 48 guest rooms along with its own signature restaurant and rooftop bar. The Kimpton Hotel Virgilio will be located in the popular Polanco neighborhood in Mexico City, which is known for its many art galleries, boutiques and unique dining options.
Goldwynn Resort & Residences: Nassau, Bahamas
Goldwynn Resort & Residences will be the newest hotel in Nassau, Bahamas when it opens to guests in February 2023. This property is located along Cable Beach in Nassau, which is one of the most stunning in the area.
The beachfront boutique hotel will offer spacious accommodations with one, two or three bedrooms, as well as a kitchen or a kitchenette. A luxury spa and infinity pool are also available to guests.
Hilton Monterrey: Monterrey, Mexico
The 225-room Hilton Monterrey will open during the first quarter of 2023, and it will be located just north of the Sierra Madre Oriental Mountain range in Monterrey, Mexico.
