Air Transport Services Group (ATSG), an aircraft lessor and transportation services provider, has taken delivery of two newly converted Boeing 767-300 Freighters. One of the planes is the company’s first Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF), and the other was converted by Israel Aerospace Industries.

Both will be leased through ATSG’s leasing subsidiary, Cargo Aircraft Management, to Amerijet International Airlines, which already leases nine other planes from ATSG.

ATSG stated that the two planes exemplify its “successful supply chain diversification in meeting market demand for full freighter conversions.” ATSG is the world’s largest lessor of freighter aircraft and posted record revenues in 2022, up 18% year on year to $2bn.
