Lufthansa, the German flag carrier, has announced that it will commence Airbus A380 flights to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) in October 2023.
The daily A380 flights from Munich International Airport (MUC) to LAX will begin on October 5, 2023, while the A380 flights from MUC to BKK will start on October 28, 2023.

In addition, Lufthansa will expand its services to India in the Winter season of 2023, operating three flights per week from MUC Airport to Bangalore’s Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) and from Frankfurt Airport (FRA) to Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (HYD).
The airline currently serves two other Indian destinations, namely Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) and Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM), with its Airbus A350 fleet. Further details on flight schedules will be announced in mid-May 2023.
