Embraer’s aircraft deliveries grow slightly

Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer delivered a total of 15 aircraft in the first quarter of 2023, up 7% from the same period last year. Of the 15, seven were commercial aircraft and eight were private jets. The company’s aircraft order backlog stands at $17.4 billion as of March 31, 2023.

Embraer has not disclosed the identity of the customers who received the aircraft, but reports show that it delivered four Embraer E195-E2s to Canada’s Porter Airlines, two Embraer E170LRs to Republic Airways, and one E195-E2 to KLM Cityhopper. Embraer will release its Q1 2023 results on May 5, 2023.
