Air France Introduces New A350 Business Class Seat Featuring Privacy Doors
Air France has revealed its new business class seat for its Airbus A350 fleet, featuring more privacy and comfort for its premium passengers.
The seat, which will debut in July 2023 on the first of 21 A350s, is similar to the one installed on the airline’s refurbished Boeing 777s. It has high walls and a sliding door that can be closed for more privacy and tranquility.
The seat also boasts a 20-inch 4K screen with Bluetooth audio streaming and a touchpad tablet controller for entertainment and flight information. The seat can be reclined into a fully-flat bed with a soft duvet and pillow.
Air France said the new seat is designed to offer “a cocoon-like experience” and “a feeling of well-being” to its business class customers.
The A350 is the latest addition to Air France’s long-haul fleet, which also includes the Boeing 787 and the Airbus A330. The A350 is a fuel-efficient and environmentally-friendly aircraft that can fly up to 15,000 km.
The new business class seat will be available on routes such as Paris-New York, Paris-Tokyo, Paris-Singapore and Paris-Bangkok.
