Qatar Airways has announced the resumption of its daily non-stop service between Doha Hamad International Airport and Tokyo Haneda Airport, starting from June 1st, 2023. The airline will operate the route with its state-of-the-art Airbus A350-900 aircraft, featuring 36 Qsuite business class seats and 247 economy class seats.

The service will complement Qatar Airways’ existing daily flights to Tokyo Narita Airport, offering more options and convenience for travelers to and from Japan. Qatar Airways is the only Middle Eastern carrier to serve both of Tokyo’s major airports.

Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, His Excellency Mr. Akbar Al Baker, said: “We are delighted to resume our flights to Tokyo Haneda, which is one of the most popular destinations in our network. Japan is a key market for Qatar Airways and we are committed to offering our passengers the best connectivity and service possible. With this resumption, we will soon be flying to Osaka as well, further strengthening our presence in Japan.”
