Hyatt to Debut First Hyatt Vivid Resort in Cancun Next Year

In early 2024, Hyatt Hotels Corporation is scheduled to unveil the adults-only Hyatt Vivid Grand Island – the first Hyatt Vivid resort to join the Inclusive Collection – and the family-friendly Dreams Grand Island in Cancun, Mexico.

Dreams Grand Island, an Inclusive Collection property, and Hyatt Vivid will share a resort complex.

Hyatt Vivid Grand Island’s 400 guestrooms are being designed to maximize the sweeping views and will feature a Maya-influenced ambiance that pays tribute to the Mayan deity Kukulkan. The property will be designed by New York-based HOK, design, architecture and engineering firm.

In all the two properties will feature 19 unique options, a 26,000-square-foot spa with 25 treatment rooms, a fitness center, multiple pools, a beach club and more.

A Hyatt affiliate signed a management agreement with Grupo Murano, a Mexican development company for development of the two resorts.
