AltoVita Grows with New Curated Accommodation Platform

Corporate accommodation platform AltoVita has expanded its network to include 7 million units across 35,000 global locations via a new curated accommodation platform that includes both hotels and extended-stay lodging, including serviced apartments, aparthotels and vacation homes.

The platform includes an integrated approval process which makes 90 percent of the units in the network “instantly bookable,” according to the London-based AltoVita. Employees can self-book properties, which initiates an approval flow, generating emails to necessary parties, such as internal travel teams, relocation management companies and travel management companies. Those entities can then approve the booking and add billing details in a few clicks, the company said.

Employees can filter properties in search to those that are instantly bookable, alongside other filters for safety and sustainability. AltoVita also has negotiated rates with its hospitality partners.

Last December, AltoVita announced a $9.5 million investment, which the company has used to revamp its platform, according to AltoVita CEO Vivi Cahyadi Himmel.

Clients listed by AltoVita on its website include Wayfair, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Delivery Hero and relocation management companies NEI Global Relocation, Sirva and Graebel.
