Las Vegas is hot during the summer, but so is the entertainment.

Here are a few things coming to Sin City this summer.

One of the best things that Las Vegas ever did was to start residencies. This way, artists can come and perform for a week or two at a time. Starting today, July 12, and running through July 22, musical superstar Miranda Lambert will be in town. She will be followed on July 28 through August 19 by another musical superstar, Kelly Clarkson. Both stars will be at Planet Hollywood.

At The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, where the residency craze started almost three decades ago with Celine Dion, a musical legend is in town from Thursday, July 13 to July 23. Garth Brooks.

Returning to Caesars Palace for her special weekend residency from August 4 to September 16 is musical icon Adele.

Over at the Part MGM, Usher, Maroon 5 and Bruno Mars will all be appearing in the last two months of the summer.

And at Resorts World, Katy Perry will be back from July 28 through August 12.

At Allegiant Stadium, normally the home to the National Football League’s Raiders, a series of single concerts will take place that include Queen Bee herself, Beyonce, and Ed Sheeran. Throw in Latin pop star Karol G on Friday, August 11, and you have a heck of an indoor stadium roster.

Other Las Vegas venues such as T-Mobile Arena, AREA15 and The Chelsea at Cosmopolitan, have musical acts, orchestras and production shows planned.

The Fremont Street Experience will have a series of free concerts scheduled throughout the summer as well.

The House of Blues has a blast from the past with a concert from former GoGo’s front woman, Belinda Carlyle, on Tuesday, August 22.
