Adhetec Expands Interiors Capabilities Through Acquisition of Perrone

Adhetec, a supplier of self-adhesive films for the transportation industry, has announced its acquisition of Perrone Performance Leathers & Textiles (Perrone), a supplier of soft goods for transportation interiors.

Adhetec’s self-adhesive products include certificated adhesives for aircraft cabin interiors, such as mandatory markings and placards, livery and cabin decoration, and stencils for painting. The acquisition of Perrone will broaden Adhetec’s product range, to include leathers and textiles for aircraft interiors. The integration of Perrone’s capabilities will enable Adhetec to provide a more comprehensive and holistic approach to transportation interiors and open up new streams of innovation, synergies, sustainability and customisation capabilities.
