Seabourn announced a wide variety of gourmet dining experiences and cuisines on the cruise line’s new ultra-luxury purpose-built expedition ship, Seabourn Pursuit, which launches on August 12.

The main fine-dining venue on board all Seabourn ships is The Restaurant, with Seabourn Pursuit boasting Two new recipes added each week to the already extensive menu. The new recipes will use several fresh ingredients, such as oysters, Dover sole and more.

Other dining experiences coming to the new Seabourn vessel include The Colonnade, Earth & Ocean, The Patio, Sushi in The Club, Seabourn Square, Pantry in the Bow Lounge, Constellation Lounge and 24-hour in-suite dining.

“We take great pride in offering our extraordinary guests world-class gourmet dining prepared by our very highly skilled and passionate culinary team,” Seabourn president Natalya Leahy said. “With Seabourn Pursuit, we’ve purposefully designed the culinary offerings to elevate the ultra-luxury expedition experience.”

All dining experiences aboard Seabourn ships are complimentary, with premium spirits, fine wines and other beverages being free everywhere on board. Special selections are also available for an additional charge.

Seabourn Pursuit is scheduled to enter service on August 12 and will sail five voyages in the Mediterranean before embarking on two cruises across the Atlantic and Caribbean. On October 10, the ship will arrive in Barbados to begin its expedition journeys, before heading south for sailings to South America, the Amazon and Antarctica into late March 2024.

“After exploring breathtaking remote destinations, our guests can unwind and create even more cherished memories over wonderfully prepared meals, a glass of wine, or the perfectly crafted cocktail,” Leahy continued.

In July, Seabourn unveiled a series of public rooms and lounges, from passenger favorites like Seabourn Square and The Club to public spaces such as the Bow Lounge and Expedition Lounge.
