Hyatt Hotels Corporation has disclosed ambitious plans for its development pipeline, featuring more than 35 luxury hotels and resorts set to launch globally by 2025. The extensive portfolio includes properties under the renowned brands Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, Miraval, Alila, Andaz, Thompson Hotels, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, and the Inclusive Collection brands Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts and Dreams Resorts & Spas.

Over the last five years, Hyatt has strategically doubled the number of luxury rooms, tripled resort rooms, and quadrupled lifestyle rooms. Currently, 70 percent of Hyatt’s rooms fall under the luxury and upper upscale categories, aligning with the escalating demand for opulent and resort-style accommodations.

Mark Vondrasek, Chief Commercial Officer at Hyatt, emphasized the company’s commitment to satisfying evolving travel preferences. He stated, “Our continued, purposeful growth in the year ahead will follow an insight-led approach, focused on listening to our guests, customers, and World of Hyatt members and their evolving travel needs such as a growing desire for immersive and distinct experiences that prioritize wellbeing.”

In addition to the expansion plans, Hyatt recently introduced enhanced benefits for World of Hyatt members. The revamped program includes expanded Milestone Rewards, offering members more options and awards. This allows members to earn points for future free nights and elevate their stays with coveted suite upgrades. The thoughtful enhancements aim to cater to the evolving preferences and desires of Hyatt’s loyal guests.
