The iconic Venetian Resort, renowned as one of Las Vegas’s premier hotels, is set to undergo a transformative $1.5 billion renovation, the most extensive and expensive in its 25-year history. This ambitious project aims to elevate the already impressive guest experience to new heights of luxury and innovation.

Patrick Nichols, President and CEO of the Venetian Resort, expressed excitement about the initiative, stating, “The Venetian Resort’s innovative spirit has had a massive impact on Las Vegas over the last 25 years and paved the way for our visionary $1.5 billion reinvestment.” This renovation underscores the resort’s commitment to maintaining its status as a leader in the luxury hotel sector.

The renovation plans include a complete overhaul of the hotel suites, with the redesigned rooms expected to be available for booking by September. Additionally, the resort’s Convention Center will see a substantial $188 million redesign, enhancing its facilities to better serve conference attendees and event planners with state-of-the-art amenities.

Moreover, the renovation will introduce new dining options, further diversifying the culinary experiences available to guests. The aim is not only to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the hotel—which is already celebrated for its beautiful replicas of Venice’s canals and gondolas—but also to enrich the overall guest experience.

Managed by Apollo Global Management, The Venetian is poised to set a new benchmark in luxury hospitality with this renovation, ensuring its continued prominence in the competitive Las Vegas hotel market. This project is a testament to The Venetian’s dedication to innovation and excellence in the hospitality industry.
