TSA Expands PreCheck Program with Four New International Airlines

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has recently enhanced its TSA PreCheck service, announcing the inclusion of four new international airlines. This expansion makes the trusted traveler program more accessible and efficient for frequent flyers.

As of this week, travelers flying with Irish carrier Aer Lingus, Air New Zealand, Ethiopian Airlines, and Saudia can now enjoy the benefits of PreCheck. This service allows enrolled passengers to experience expedited security lanes both when departing from the U.S. and on domestic connections after international flights.

With these additions, the TSA PreCheck program now partners with nearly 100 airlines worldwide, reflecting its growing popularity and value among travelers. This expansion is particularly timely as airport congestion reaches peak levels during the summer travel season. Participants can look forward to faster security screenings at over 200 airports across the United States.

Enrollment in TSA PreCheck involves an online application, a $78 fee, and a brief in-person interview, which can now be conducted at select Clear lanes at major airports like Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta and Denver International. Additionally, TSA continues to enhance the overall airport security experience with initiatives like the expansion of its mobile ID program to more states, now including Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, New York, and Utah.
