Ohio’s Youngstown Air Reserve Station Welcomes First C-130J-30 Super Hercules from Lockheed Martin

Lockheed Martin has delivered the first of eight C-130J-30 Super Hercules aircraft to the 910th Airlift Wing at Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Ohio. This delivery marks a significant upgrade in tactical airlift capabilities for the unit, which is located in Marietta, Georgia.

The C-130J-30 Super Hercules is renowned for its versatility and performance, making it a critical asset for military transport. This model enhances the operational capacities of the 910th Airlift Wing, enabling them to perform a wider range of missions with greater efficiency.

The delivery of the remaining seven aircraft will continue to bolster the airlift capabilities of the Air Reserve Station, ensuring they remain at the forefront of tactical military transportation.
