- Cambria Hotel Burbank Airport: Situated near Hollywood Burbank Airport, this new Choice Hotels Cambria property provides modern amenities and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s perfect for travelers looking to avoid LAX traffic and access North Hollywood’s film studios and theme parks.
- KODO Hotel Downtown Arts District: This boutique hotel, set in a historic firehouse, combines Japanese and American design elements. Its loft-style rooms and minimalist décor offer a unique lodging experience in LA’s Arts District.
- The Olivia Hotel, Westwood: Opening in summer or early fall, this boutique hotel near UCLA features a blend of modern chic and nature-inspired design. With a casual café, versatile lounging spaces, and a prime location, it promises a laid-back California vibe.
- Regent Santa Monica: Formerly the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, this property is undergoing a $150 million renovation to become the 5-star Regent Santa Monica Beach.
