The Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas has raised the stakes with the opening of what is likely the largest Poker Room on the Las Vegas Strip. Spanning 14,000 square feet, this expansive venue features over 50 dealer tables and dedicated restrooms, among other luxurious amenities.

Tommy LaRosa, Director of Poker Operations at The Venetian, emphasized that the new Poker Room aligns with the hotel’s luxury standards. “We aim to make this a must-visit destination for every poker player and a daily hotspot for Las Vegas visitors,” he stated.

The grand opening last week included a ceremonial poker hand with notable participants such as Patrick Nichols, Venetian’s President and CEO; Rob Brimmer, Chief Financial Officer; Scott Blumstein, 2017 World Series of Poker Main Event Winner; and poker professionals Matt Berkey, Farah Galfond, Joey Ingram, and Jamie Kerstetter.

LaRosa expressed his excitement, noting, “This is the culmination of 19 years of effort. I’m thrilled and grateful for the exceptional support and investment in this Poker Room.”

This launch follows the Venetian’s announcement earlier this year of a $1.5 billion renovation, enhancing the resort’s appeal as a premier destination.
