In his new role, Grant will oversee all shoreside and shipboard IT functions for Windstar, guiding the company’s IT strategy and spearheading the development and implementation of technology innovations. His responsibilities include enhancing performance through advanced technology solutions.

Grant brings over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, having led international IT teams and delivered cutting-edge solutions for various cruise lines. His career includes roles at Lindblad Expeditions and Carnival Corporation, where he worked with brands such as Seabourn, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, and P&O Australia. Most recently, Grant served as Chief Technology Officer at Shoot 360, a global basketball performance training system utilizing advanced machine vision technology.

“Jason’s extensive experience in technology and his enthusiasm for the cruise industry make him an excellent addition to Windstar Cruises,” said Toby Skey, Windstar’s Vice President of Human Resources. “As we expand our fleet and enhance our offerings, his innovative approach and leadership will be crucial in leveraging technology to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our guests.”
