Vista America to Sell 39 Cessna Citation Jets from XOJET and Red Wing
Vista Global Holding has announced plans to sell thirty-nine Cessna Citation business jets operated under the Vista America brand. This move will see jets currently managed by XOJET Aviation and Red Wing Aviation exiting the Vista America fleet.
According to Private Jet Card Comparisons, the sale will involve twenty-three Citation X jets from XOJET Aviation, alongside sixteen Citation Ultras from Red Wing Aviation. XOJET’s fleet also includes two CRJ200s, which will remain unaffected by the sale. Meanwhile, Red Wing will continue to operate ten Citation Excels and two Citation Vs.
Vista America, which does not hold its own operating certificate, integrates Jet Edge and JetSelect Aviation. Jet Edge manages a diverse fleet of over twenty business jets, including Gulfstream Aerospace models, a B737-700(BBJ), a Global 7500, and Legacy aircraft. JetSelect Aviation operates 77 aircraft, featuring fifty-three Challengers among its inventory. Vista Global retains minority, non-controlling stakes in these operators.
