Michel Roux, the renowned two Michelin-starred chef, will host four exclusive culinary-themed sailings with Cunard in Norway in 2025. Roux will be featured in a series of Le Gavroche at Sea residencies aboard the Queen Anne and Queen Mary 2 from April to August.

During this period, Roux will take over The Verandah on Queen Mary 2 for Norwegian fjord cruises departing on April 6 and August 31. He will also lead a residency in Sir Samuels on Queen Anne for fjord sailings on May 11 and August 31.

“I am so excited to get back on board and showcase the beauty of Norwegian seafood to Cunard guests,” Roux said.

Additionally, Roux will introduce an elevated seafood concept on both ships: Oysters at The Champagne Bar on Queen Mary 2 and Oysters at Carinthia Lounge on Queen Anne, featuring Norwegian seafood nightly. His residency will also include live cooking demonstrations, lectures, and book signing events.

Katie McAlister, president of Cunard, expressed enthusiasm about the residencies, stating, “We’re thrilled to continue our successful Le Gavroche at Sea residencies. Our guests expect exceptional experiences, and having one of the world’s most celebrated chefs on board to create special menus and host exclusive events is truly special.”
