Azamara Cruises Launches RezA, New Booking System for Travel Advisors
Azamara Cruises, known for its immersive small-ship travel and Destination Immersion experiences, has introduced RezA, a new global reservation system designed to streamline bookings for travel advisors. This upgraded platform enhances efficiency, allowing advisors to manage client bookings more easily while boosting their ability to sell Azamara cruises.
The launch of RezA aligns with Azamara’s ongoing “Listening, Learning, and Linking” initiative, aimed at strengthening relationships with travel advisors. “We continually seek ways to support our advisors, and the feedback on RezA has been overwhelmingly positive. Its intuitive design simplifies the booking process and saves time,” said Michelle Lardizabal, Chief Sales Officer at Azamara.
The system’s name, RezA, was selected through a “Name It to Win It” contest, with over 500 travel advisors submitting suggestions. This collaborative effort reflects Azamara’s commitment to engaging with its partners.
Key features of RezA include the ability to send payment links directly to clients, an expedited “Pay in Full” option for quicker commission payments, and tools for automating payment reminders and simplifying group bookings. Travel advisors can also duplicate reservations for clients traveling together, enhancing their efficiency.
Advisors can access RezA through Azamara’s dedicated portal, which also provides marketing resources and access to the Azamara World Academy for in-depth training on the brand’s offerings. To help with the transition, Azamara is offering webinars and training sessions on the new system.
