Patrick Quayle, United’s Senior VP of Global Network Planning, emphasized that these far-reaching destinations cater to seasoned travelers who are looking for new experiences beyond popular European cities like Paris, Rome, and Madrid.
In addition to these new routes, United is expanding services to popular destinations such as Venice, Nice, and Palau, adding more connections from Washington Dulles and San Francisco to Costa Rica.
Most routes, except for Dakar and Nuuk, are now available for booking on United’s website. United will be the only U.S. carrier to offer direct service to Nuuk, Greenland, when the airport opens in late 2024.
