Disney Cruise Line is set to enhance its global footprint with the launch of the Disney Adventure, its first ship designed specifically for guests in Asia, debuting from Singapore on December 15, 2025. Sharon Siskie, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Cruise Line, highlights this expansion as part of Disney’s strategy to bring its unique cruising experience and rich storytelling to new audiences, particularly in Southeast Asia.

The Disney Adventure will immerse its guests in worlds crafted from Disney, Pixar, and Marvel lore, featuring seven distinct themed areas such as Disney Imagination Garden, Toy Story Place, and Marvel Landing. Each area is designed to create an enchanting experience that blends beloved characters and narratives with interactive spaces.

One of the ship’s standout attractions will be the Ironcycle Test Run, the longest rollercoaster at sea, stretching an impressive 820 feet. Additionally, the ship will host “Remember,” a new musical production inspired by Disney-Pixar’s “Wall-E,” and the popular “Disney Seas the Adventure” show.

Culinary offerings on board will reflect a mix of Asian and international flavors, with a range of dining experiences from fine dining to quick-service options. Highlights include Animator’s Table, which showcases themes from Disney classics like “Aladdin” and “Frozen,” and Bewitching Boba and Brews, a vibrant cafe featuring neon lights and artwork inspired by Ursula from “The Little Mermaid.”

With a capacity to host 6,700 guests, the ship also boasts a comprehensive suite of amenities including a fitness center, multiple kids’ clubs, bars, lounges, a nursery, and a spa and salon, ensuring a balanced experience for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

Sarah Fox, Disney Cruise Line’s vice president and regional general manager for Southeast Asia, expressed enthusiasm about the launch, noting that the Disney Adventure will operate primarily on three- and four-night voyages with dedicated days at sea. This structure is designed to cater to the diverse preferences of all guests, providing spaces that range from fun and interactive to tranquil and relaxing.

With bookings opening on December 10, the Disney Adventure promises to deliver a magical cruising experience right in the heart of Southeast Asia, making Disney stories and characters more accessible to its fans in the region.
