MSC Cruises Enhances Loyalty Program with New Tier

MSC Cruises is revamping its loyalty program, MSC Voyagers Club, by introducing a new tier called Blue Diamond, positioned above the existing levels of Classic, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. This change aims to enhance the cruising experience for loyal guests.

Members who achieve Blue Diamond status will enjoy a range of exclusive perks designed to elevate their journey. These benefits include flexible check-in times with priority embarkation, a dedicated luggage drop-off service at the MSC Yacht Club check-in desk, and My Choice dining, allowing guests to dine at their convenience during main restaurant hours. Additionally, Blue Diamond members will receive a complimentary Browse Wi-Fi package for one device, free shuttle bus tickets in selected ports, and the opportunity to meet and greet with the ship’s captain or officer. They will also benefit from priority access to tender boats while in port.

This new tier enhances the existing privileges of Diamond members, ensuring that both Diamond and Blue Diamond guests receive the highest priority for cabin upgrades.

To achieve Blue Diamond status, members must sail with MSC Cruises, as this tier is not accessible through alternative routes like the MSC Voyagers Club Status Match Program. Another significant update to the program is that members will now only need to sail once every five years to maintain their membership, an increase from the previous requirement of every three years.

Joining the MSC Voyagers Club is open to anyone, even without a current booking. Members gain access to exclusive cruise selections and discounts of up to 20%, making it an attractive option for cruise enthusiasts.

With these enhancements, MSC Cruises aims to reward loyal customers while continuing to build a strong community of travelers who appreciate exceptional service and unique experiences at sea.
