Capjet Expands Fleet with Addition of Challenger 604

Capjet, based at Houston Ellington, has expanded its Part 135-certified fleet with the addition of a Challenger 604, N528MC (msn 5328), in October 2024. This marks the first Challenger 604 in the company’s fleet, enhancing its offerings for private jet charter flights.
The 27.9-year-old aircraft was originally registered in South Africa before being re-registered in the United States, Norway, and Mexico throughout its operational life. Prior to joining Capjet’s fleet, the Bombardier Business Aircraft was operated privately in the United States. With this addition, Capjet continues to strengthen its position in the private aviation market, providing high-end charter services to clients across the globe.
Capjet now operates a total of 13 aircraft under its Part 135 certificate, which includes a diverse fleet of jets. The fleet is comprised of one Astra Galaxy, one Challenger 604, two G200s, one GIV, three GIV-SPs, one Learjet 40(XR), one Learjet 40XR, and three Learjet 45(XR)s. This fleet expansion allows Capjet to cater to a wider range of client needs, from business aviation to luxury private travel.
