Peter Island Resort, the largest private island resort in the British Virgin Islands, is set to reopen its doors on December 1, 2024, after undergoing extensive renovations. The resort, which closed in 2017 for upgrades, is now ready to welcome guests with a reimagined luxury experience.

The 52-room resort has undergone a transformation aimed at enhancing the luxury travel experience. New beachfront rooms and suites have been added, along with redesigned villas to provide even more options for guests seeking a luxurious stay.
The resort now boasts two restaurants offering a variety of culinary experiences, along with a 10,000-square-foot seaside spa that promises relaxation and rejuvenation. An expanded events and meetings area is also available, catering to both leisure and business travelers.
One of the resort’s standout features is the enhanced Peter Island Yacht Club, formerly Sprat Bay Marina. The yacht club has been redesigned to accommodate a wider variety of vessels and includes new amenities such as a swimming pool and a recreational area with lawn games, kickball, bocce ball, and basketball courts.
