All Nippon ANA Group Honored with Gold in PRIDE Index 2024
For the ninth consecutive year, Japan’s ANA Group has been awarded gold recognition in the PRIDE Index 2024 by “Work With Pride,” a renowned Japanese nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces. This prestigious accolade highlights ANA Group’s unwavering commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ employees.
The PRIDE Index is a significant assessment tool aimed at promoting workplaces in Japan where LGBTQ+ individuals can thrive comfortably. By achieving gold status year after year, ANA Group demonstrates its consistent dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within its corporate culture.
ANA Group has long prioritized the development of an inclusive work environment, actively supporting LGBTQ+ rights through a variety of educational and engagement initiatives.
