American Cruise Lines is gearing up for an exciting 2025 with the introduction of new ships and itineraries, including the longest river cruise in the United States. With over 50 itineraries planned, the company is set to showcase the best of America’s waterways, offering travelers unique opportunities to explore the nation’s diverse landscapes and historic sites.

The company’s 2025 offerings include scenic cruises through U.S. national parks and iconic rivers such as the Mississippi, Columbia, Snake, Potomac, and Hudson. Ships will visit 125 U.S. ports across 35 states, spanning the East and West Coasts, with destinations from Florida and South Carolina to New York and Massachusetts.

Among the highlights for 2025 are two epic river cruises: the 51-Day Great United States Voyage and the 36-Day Civil War Battlefields Cruise. Both itineraries have been updated to enhance the travel experience, offering history-rich journeys with breathtaking scenery. These extended cruises provide a rare opportunity to explore the U.S. in-depth, from its waterways to its historic battlefields.

In addition to new itineraries, American Cruise Lines will welcome two new ships to its fleet in 2025: American Patriot and American Pioneer. Designed for coastal cruises, these vessels can accommodate up to 125 guests and will operate in regions such as New England, Chesapeake Bay, and Florida. Looking ahead to 2026, the company will further expand its fleet with three additional ships: American Maverick, American Ranger, and American Encore.
