FlyExclusive Bolsters Fleet with First HondaJet Elite S

FlyExclusive, an operator based in Kinston, has strategically expanded its Part 135-certified fleet by acquiring a HondaJet Elite S, marking its first foray into operating this aircraft type. The addition was noted in ch-aviation research, documenting the aircraft, N301JT (msn 42000226), first active under FlyExclusive’s ‘JRE’ code on November 5, 2024.

The HondaJet Elite S’s journey began with a flight from Kinston to Raleigh/Durham, proceeding to Fayetteville Grannis Regional, and returning to Kinston the same day. This 3.6-year-old aircraft has a history with Jet It, a fractional ownership company that ceased operations in 2023. It last operated under Jet It’s ‘JIT’ code on February 2, 2023, before resuming operations under Honda Aircraft’s ‘HNC’ code on May 17, 2023.

The acquisition of this HondaJet Elite S is part of FlyExclusive’s broader strategy to enhance and diversify its fleet offerings. The company recently took over the management of Volato, which possessed a fleet of twenty-five HA-420s at the time of acquisition. Based on demand from existing Volato customers, FlyExclusive plans to integrate additional jets of the same model into its fleet, as confirmed in an exclusive interview with ch-aviation.

Currently, FlyExclusive boasts a diverse fleet of 90 aircraft, including the new HondaJet Elite S. The fleet also includes two Bombardier Business Aircraft Challenger 350s, two Citation Encore+, thirty-four Citation Excel, fourteen Citation Jet 3s, nine Citation Jet 3+, seven Citation Sovereign, five Citation X, eight Citation XLS, three Citation XLS+, and five Gulfstream Aerospace GIV-SPs. This expansion reflects FlyExclusive’s commitment to providing a variety of high-quality, reliable service options to meet the growing needs of its clientele in the private aviation sector.
