Aitheras Aviation Group has expanded its Part 135-certified fleet with the addition of its first Citation Encore, as reported by ch-aviation research. This marks a significant development for the Cleveland-based operator, further enhancing its private jet charter capabilities.

The newly added Citation Encore, registered as N103BZ (msn 560-0617), became active on November 27 under the operator’s ‘PXG’ code. Its inaugural flight connected Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport to Tampa International.

This 22.4-year-old jet has a distinguished operational history. Originally delivered to NetJets Aviation, it served with the fractional ownership provider for 15 years. The aircraft later transitioned to STAjets, where it operated until late 2023. Following its time with STAjets, the Citation Encore had not been utilized under a Part 135 charter certificate until its acquisition by Aitheras Aviation Group.

The Citation Encore now complements a diverse fleet of Citation jets under Aitheras’ Part 135 certification. This includes one Citation Encore+, two Citation IIs, a Citation Sovereign, and four Citation Ultras. The addition of the Encore reinforces the operator’s commitment to offering a tailored and efficient charter experience for its clientele.

Aitheras Aviation Group specializes in medical and executive charters, with its all-Citation fleet optimized for safety, reliability, and performance. The introduction of the Citation Encore aligns with the company’s ongoing strategy to expand and modernize its operations, ensuring a premium travel experience for passengers.
