Houston Jet Direct Expands Fleet with First Citation XLS+

Houston Jet Direct Management and Charter (Houston Hobby) has expanded its Part 135-certified fleet with the addition of its first Citation XLS+ in November 2024, according to ch-aviation research. The aircraft, registered N560TE (msn 560-6038), was previously operated privately and has been in service for 15.3 years, maintaining its registration in the United States throughout its entire service life.
The Citation XLS+ brings additional versatility to Houston Jet Direct’s growing fleet, which already includes a diverse range of aircraft under its Part 135 certificate. The operator’s fleet now consists of two Challenger 300s, a Challenger 350, a Dassault Falcon 2000LXS, two Learjet 45s, a Learjet 45XR, and a Learjet 75.
Houston Jet Direct is focused on enhancing its private jet offerings and aircraft management services. In addition to the Citation XLS+, the operator has announced plans to introduce its first Citation Latitude to the fleet soon. This comes after the company retired a Part 135-certified Citation Sovereign in December 2023.
As Houston Jet Direct continues to expand, it aims to meet the growing demand for private jet charter services, with a fleet designed to cater to a wide range of client needs and preferences. The addition of the Citation XLS+ strengthens its position in the competitive jet charter market, offering increased luxury and performance for its customers.
