Turkmenistan Acquires Global 7500 for Government Operations

Turkmenistan has expanded its government fleet with the addition of a brand-new Global 7500, delivered on December 3, 2024. The aircraft, registered as EZ-G7500 (msn 70205), is operated by Turkmenistan Airlines and joins the country’s existing state aircraft lineup.
The Global 7500 flew from Montréal Trudeau to Ashgabat under the flag carrier’s ‘TUA’ code and has since been active within Turkmenistan. It has conducted flights around Ashgabat and to Turkmenbashi, highlighting its role in supporting government operations and official travel.
Turkmenistan Airlines’ government fleet already includes a diverse range of aircraft, such as a Boeing 737-700, a B737-700(BBJ), two B777-200LRs, two Challenger 605s, and a Challenger 870. The addition of the Global 7500 enhances the fleet’s capabilities, offering superior range and performance for long-haul missions.
