Prime You Aviation Debuts Legacy 650 Charter

Prime You Aviation, based at São Paulo Congonhas Airport, has officially expanded its offerings by making a Legacy 650 jet available for charter operations in Brazil. Previously, this Embraer executive aircraft was only accessible under the company’s fractional ownership program. Now, it stands ready to serve a broader clientele, signaling Prime You Aviation’s continued growth within the country’s competitive private aviation market.

The operator confirmed to ch-aviation that it is also in the process of adding two helicopters to its charter fleet, with plans to introduce a Phenom 100 jet shortly. A larger Gulfstream G550, which initially operated exclusively under fractional ownership, is being considered for commercial service down the line. These additions underscore Prime You Aviation’s commitment to meeting the diverse needs of travelers seeking luxury and efficiency across Brazil’s vast geographical landscape.

According to the company, the Legacy 650 officially joined the air taxi fleet on November 29, following certification by the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency, known locally as Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC). The 11.8-year-old Embraer Executive Jets aircraft, registered as PP-NLR (msn 14501149), comes with a spacious interior configured to seat up to 13 passengers. Prime You Aviation began operating it in 2023 under fractional ownership, but the recent approval now enables customers to charter the jet for business or leisure trips.

In a press release, Director Rodolfo Costa emphasized that adding the Legacy 650 to the company’s charter portfolio allows Prime You Aviation to address demand in a new segment of the market, catering to passengers who require mid- to long-range capabilities without committing to fractional ownership. Air taxi operations manager Vanessa Baddini also assured current fractional owners that the newly granted certification will not compromise the aircraft’s availability for their use, maintaining the flexibility and convenience that fractional ownership clients expect.

Besides the Legacy 650, Prime You Aviation’s current RBAC 135 air taxi certificate covers two Phenom 300s and an AW109 helicopter, providing a range of choices for travelers seeking on-demand charter solutions. This diversified fleet enables the operator to tailor services to customers’ specific travel needs, whether short hops between urban centers or longer intercity journeys requiring greater comfort and range.

Looking ahead, the company is set to expand its lineup even further. Prime You Aviation already manages a brand-new Gulfstream G700—added earlier this year—alongside a Learjet 60, a third Phenom 300, and a Robinson R66 helicopter. Plans are underway to certify a Phenom 100, a Eurocopter AS350, and a Eurocopter EC155 for charter operations, broadening both rotary- and fixed-wing options. The strategic move to incorporate additional aircraft aims to ensure wide-ranging coverage across Brazil’s airports and heliports, streamlining travel for clients with varied budgets and requirements.

With this systematic fleet expansion and the launch of the Legacy 650 for charter, Prime You Aviation is positioning itself as a go-to solution for premium aviation services. As demand for private air travel continues to grow, the company’s ability to adapt and introduce new aircraft underscores its dedication to reliability, comfort, and convenience in the Brazilian marketplace.
