ProAir Aviation Restarts Bombardier Global 5500 Operations

ProAir Aviation has resumed operations with Bombardier Business Aircraft by adding a new Global 5500 to its fleet. Delivered on January 8, 2025, the aircraft, registered as D-ASHY (msn 60145), arrived at Stuttgart Manfred Rommel Airport directly from Montréal Trudeau.
The jet will be incorporated into ProAir’s Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) and stationed in Eastern Europe. This marks a return to Bombardier operations for ProAir, following the retirement of its Challenger 650 (msn 6150) in 2024, which carried the same registration.
With this addition, ProAir Aviation’s fleet now comprises 32 aircraft, including various models such as Citation Jets, Phenom 100s, Phenom 300 series, King Air B260s, and PC-12s. The inclusion of the Global 5500 enhances ProAir’s capabilities for long-range private jet charters.
In addition to private jet services, ProAir offers group charters, cargo logistics, aircraft management, and sales. This strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its premium offerings in the business aviation sector.
The resumption of Bombardier operations with the advanced Global 5500 positions ProAir Aviation to meet growing demand for versatile and efficient private aviation solutions.
