VistaJet Outsources East Coast Shuttles to Tri-State Charter

VistaJet Group Holding will outsource its East Coast shuttle services to Tri-State Charter, transferring its two 18-seater CRJ200LRs operated by XOJET Aviation to the third-party operator. The shuttles will operate under Tri-State Charter’s luxury brand, Slate Aviation, enhancing Vista’s existing service between New York and South Florida.

Starting March 2025, the collaboration will offer peak-season flights up to four times daily, seven days a week, with ticket sales beginning in early 2025. The CRJ200LRs, introduced in 2022, currently connect New York-area airports—such as Farmingdale, Teterboro, and White Plains—with Fort Lauderdale International and West Palm Beach International in Florida.

Tri-State Charter operates a diverse fleet under its Part 135 certificate, including CRJ200ERs, CRJ200LRs, Challenger 800s, and Challenger 850s. However, the exact aircraft allocation for this agreement remains unspecified.

XOJET Aviation launched per-seat shuttle services in 2019, integrating JetSmarter’s platform after its acquisition by Vista Global. While initially outsourced, these services were later managed in-house before being outsourced again to Tri-State Charter.

In addition to the CRJ200LRs, XOJET Aviation’s fleet includes 22 Citation X jets, which were listed for sale in August 2024. This strategic partnership allows Vista to maintain its premium service offering while leveraging Tri-State Charter’s operational capabilities for enhanced customer experiences.
