Northstar Sells Inntopia to Outside Interactive in Strategic Move

Northstar Travel Group has officially sold Inntopia, its sophisticated software division known for its integrated booking, marketing, and business intelligence solutions for the travel and hospitality sectors, to Outside Interactive Inc. While the financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, this move is part of Northstar’s strategic refocusing on its primary offerings in media, events, and marketing solutions for the global travel industry.

Since acquiring a majority stake in Inntopia in 2014, Northstar, under the ownership of EagleTree Capital since 2016, has nurtured Inntopia into a valuable asset within its portfolio.
