Superlogic Secures $13.7M for Cutting-Edge Customer Engagement

Superlogic, a pioneering technology firm specializing in enhancing brand engagement and loyalty, has successfully raised $13.7 million in a Series A funding round. This significant investment underscores the company’s commitment to revolutionizing customer engagement through its innovative B2B2C marketplace that offers exclusive experiences like sports events and concerts.

The funding round was led by Powerledger and saw contributions from several notable venture capital firms, including 10SQ, Nima Capital, Sangha Capital, Actai Unicorn Fund, Liquid 2 Venture, and Hyla Liquid Venture Fund. These investors are drawn to Superlogic’s unique approach to combining high-quality experience inventory with advanced engagement technology, which positions the company as a leader in the burgeoning field of experiential loyalty.

Lin Dai, co-founder and CEO of Superlogic, expressed enthusiasm about the new funding, stating, “Experiential is the new frontier of loyalty. Superlogic is the first company to deliver both unmatched experience inventory at scale and next-gen engagement technology to major brands.” He emphasized the investment’s role in scaling their operations to meet growing market demands and enhance consumer engagement worldwide.

With this latest financial infusion, Superlogic’s total equity investment has exceeded $21 million. As part of the investment, Jemma Green, executive chairman of Powerledger, will join Superlogic’s board of advisors, bringing valuable experience from her leadership role. The board already boasts industry veterans like Stephen Cooper, former CEO of Warner Music Group.

Green commented on her new role, highlighting the transformative potential of meaningful rewards in altering consumer behavior, “I’m excited to join the board and I look forward to working with Lin and the Superlogic team to create new loyalty experiences that are not just effortless but also impactful for brands and consumers.” This partnership is set to drive Superlogic’s mission to redefine how brands engage and retain customers through memorable experiences.
