Explora Journeys Launches Explora Club Loyalty
Explora Journeys has introduced Explora Club, a new loyalty program designed to reward guests for their time at sea and onboard spending. Launched in early April, the program features five tiers—Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond—each reflecting the weighted nights guests have sailed, multiplied by their suite category. As members move up the tiers, they unlock progressively richer benefits that elevate every voyage.
Members earn points not only for nights spent at sea but also for eligible onboard purchases and shore excursions, ensuring that the more they explore, the more they gain. By July, each guest will receive access to a personalized “My Explora” page, where they can track their current status, view upcoming privileges and plan how to maximize their benefits on future sailings.
Perks begin with priority check‑in and embarkation for Silver members but grow into bespoke events, personalized gifts and surprise treats as guests reach Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Turndown service and exclusive savings on spa treatments, specialty dining and curated shore programs provide added value, while birthday surprises and bespoke celebrations create memorable moments during each journey.
Anna Nash, global president of Explora Journeys, emphasizes that the program honors both longtime supporters and new explorers. “Explora Club is our way of celebrating the loyalty and trust of our guests—those who have embraced our vision from the very beginning, and those just beginning their journey with us today,” she says. Nash adds that the program is “designed to elevate every journey, offering thoughtful privileges and unforgettable experiences that nurture the emotional connection we are proud to share—both with our guests and with the ocean itself.”
