Crystal Cruises Launches New Tool for Travel Advisors

Crystal Cruises has introduced a new digital tool designed to help travel advisors easily explore and recommend shore excursions for guests sailing aboard Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity. Called the Experience Finder, the platform is now available through the cruise line’s Travel Partner Center and aims to simplify the process of finding and booking destination experiences tailored to each traveler’s interests.
The Experience Finder allows advisors to search curated excursions by a variety of filters, including region, country, travel month and year, duration, and interest areas. The tool gives advisors access to a wide range of shore experiences, from half-day and full-day tours to immersive overland journeys, high-profile global events, and even pre- and post-cruise adventures.
Matias Lira, Crystal’s senior vice president of trade sales for the Americas, UK, and EMEA, emphasized the importance of the new tool in supporting travel advisors and enhancing the overall guest experience. “Whether it’s front-row views at the Monaco Grand Prix, a sunrise game drive in South Africa’s Tala Private Game Reserve, or the rare opportunity to stand at the paws of the Sphinx, our shore experiences inspire a sense of wonder—and now they are more accessible than ever,” said Lira.
The launch of the Experience Finder comes as Crystal continues to strengthen its trade partnerships and enhance sales support tools for travel advisors. With the new platform, advisors can better match clients with experiences that align with their interests, making the booking process more efficient and personalized.
Crystal’s curated excursions are known for their immersive and culturally rich elements, designed to offer guests meaningful engagement with destinations around the world. Whether a client is seeking iconic landmarks, wildlife encounters, or exclusive behind-the-scenes access at major events, the new Experience Finder helps advisors find the perfect fit.
Lira added that the platform has already received positive feedback from users, citing its intuitive interface and ability to streamline the planning process. “With the launch of the Experience Finder, we’re giving our travel partners a powerful, intuitive tool to better serve their clients and drive sales,” he said. “It’s all about making it easier to match our guests with the kinds of transformative experiences that define a Crystal journey.”
