Hyatt Hotels Corporation has strengthened its presence in Europe with the debut of AluaSoul Sunny Beach, an adults-only, all-inclusive resort situated on Bulgaria’s Black Sea Coast. The opening continues the growth of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection and expands the Alua Hotels & Resorts brand in the region. Located near the vibrant town of Sunny Beach and just minutes from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Nessebar, the resort caters to travelers seeking relaxation, entertainment, and immersive cultural experiences.

AluaSoul Sunny Beach features 397 modern guestrooms, each offering views of the Black Sea, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and walk-in rainfall showers. The resort provides convenient access to Blue Flag-certified beaches, bustling nightlife, and local shopping venues. Guests can enjoy six unique dining and entertainment venues, including Mare Nubium, which offers regional cuisine in an upscale à la carte environment, and Terra, a buffet restaurant with a blend of international and local dishes. Additional options include The Spot for live entertainment, Kentia’s terrace for healthy bites, the Agua Bar with handcrafted cocktails by the pool, and Jojo, which serves bold Asian fusion cuisine.

The all-inclusive package at AluaSoul Sunny Beach includes three full meals per day, a late continental breakfast, snacks, and a variety of beverages. Additional amenities at the resort include two outdoor swimming pools, a modern spa, a 24-hour fitness center, flexible meeting spaces, and a wide selection of water sports such as kayaking, snorkeling, parasailing, and jet skiing. For an upgraded experience, guests can opt into My Favorite Club, which offers premium accommodations, early check-in, late check-out, and exclusive access to reserved dining areas and private hotel zones.

Manuel Melenchon, Managing Director, South, for Hyatt in EAME, emphasized the importance of this opening in Hyatt’s strategy to deliver high-value, all-inclusive experiences in sought-after European destinations. He noted that the new property allows guests and World of Hyatt members to enjoy both relaxation and cultural exploration. Ana Tomicevic, Global Brand Leader for the Inclusive Collection, highlighted Alua’s appeal to modern travelers who appreciate minimalistic design combined with authentic local elements.

General Manager Daniel Bielsa Gibaja noted that the new property is ideally positioned to serve travelers seeking either a quiet retreat or an active holiday experience, thanks to its location in one of Eastern Europe’s most popular coastal destinations. AluaSoul Sunny Beach now joins other Inclusive Collection resorts in Bulgaria, including Secrets Sunny Beach, Dreams Sunny Beach, Alua Helios Bay, and AluaSun Helios Bay, further enhancing Hyatt’s footprint in the region’s all-inclusive hospitality market.
