Eve Air Mobility, a subsidiary of Embraer, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Future Flight Global for the supply of 54 electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. Announced on June 18, 2025, during the Paris Air Show, the agreement marks another key milestone for Eve as it strengthens its presence in the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) sector.

Future Flight Global plans to deploy the aircraft in both the United States and Brazil, two high-demand markets where interest in sustainable and efficient urban aviation is accelerating. The deal builds on Future Flight Global’s strategy to develop a diversified fleet of electric aircraft for global deployment across various mission profiles, including passenger transport and logistics.

“This collaboration with Future Flight Global is a significant step forward for Urban Air Mobility in the Americas,” said Megha Bhatia, Chief Commercial Officer at Eve Air Mobility. “By leveraging Eve’s proven eVTOL technology and robust certification process, Future Flight Global gains a powerful platform to deliver efficient, sustainable air travel in high-demand markets such as Brazil and the United States.”

The partnership aligns with Eve’s broader expansion strategy and reflects the growing global demand for clean, quiet, and scalable UAM solutions. Eve, which is backed by Embraer’s 55-year legacy in aerospace design, is positioning itself as a leading provider of eVTOL aircraft, with commitments already announced in multiple regions.

Karan Singh, CEO of Future Flight Global, praised Eve’s technology and manufacturing pedigree: “Eve’s aircraft—rooted in Embraer’s 55-year legacy of designing, certifying, and supporting commercial and business aircraft—checks every box: strong performance parameters, passenger-first ergonomics, clear certification pathway, and scalable production system.”

Singh also emphasized the importance of Brazil in their launch strategy: “We look forward to ANAC certification and deploying these aircraft in Brazil and additional high-demand markets worldwide in the near future.”

Future Flight Global, which invests in Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) platforms, has been active in forming strategic partnerships. In August 2024, the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Archer Aviation to acquire 116 Midnight eVTOL aircraft, signaling its ambitious plans for fleet expansion.

This new agreement with Eve follows the company’s $250 million binding deal with Revo, announced on June 15, 2025, for up to 50 additional eVTOLs. Together, these announcements underscore Eve’s momentum in the rapidly developing AAM industry.

Eve is currently showcasing a full-scale mockup of its eVTOL aircraft at the 2025 Paris Air Show, drawing global attention to its aircraft’s design, performance, and certification progress. The company continues to build partnerships that will enable it to deliver a safe, reliable, and sustainable new mode of urban transport.

As the AAM landscape takes shape, Eve Air Mobility’s growing list of global partners and firm commitments puts it at the forefront of a future where zero-emission urban aviation becomes a practical and scalable solution.
