Duetto Appoints Alex Zoghlin as New CEO Amid Growth Push
Duetto has announced a leadership transition as CEO David Woolenberg steps down, with board member Alex Zoghlin stepping into the role effective immediately. The move marks a new chapter for the hospitality revenue management software provider, which is positioning itself for what it calls a “new phase of growth and innovation.”
Woolenberg, who has served as CEO since January 2020, will remain with the company during a transition period to ensure continuity. Reflecting on his tenure, he expressed pride in the company’s evolution and confidence in Zoghlin’s ability to lead it forward. “After six years, it feels like the right time for change, and I cannot think of a better person to take Duetto forward than Alex,” Woolenberg said. “His experience, leadership and deep understanding of our space make him the ideal choice.”
Zoghlin brings a strong background in hospitality and travel technology to the role. He is the former CEO of ATPCO, served as global head of innovation and technology at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and was founder and CTO of Orbitz. His appointment signals a strategic shift toward innovation and scale in response to growing complexity in the hospitality sector.

The leadership change follows Duetto’s acquisition by private equity firm GrowthCurve Capital last year. In April 2025, Duetto also acquired performance analytics firm HotStats, further expanding its data-driven capabilities and revenue intelligence offerings. The company aims to continue scaling its solutions as demand grows for smarter revenue management tools across the global hospitality market.
