Explora Journeys, the luxury brand from MSC Group, has announced a significant expansion of its Explora Club loyalty program, offering more rewards, onboard benefits, and extended status match opportunities. The upgraded program allows members to earn points based on nights sailed, onboard purchases, and Destination Experiences booked during their cruise.

One of the key updates is the broadening of the Explora Club Status Match initiative, which now includes Oceania Cruises. With this addition, travelers from 11 major cruise lines can match their existing loyalty status to an equivalent tier within the Explora Club. Other participating cruise lines include Seabourn, Silversea, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Crystal Cruises, and Ponant, giving loyal cruisers more opportunities to seamlessly transition into the Explora Journeys experience with instant recognition and benefits.

The loyalty program features five status levels: Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers increasingly exclusive perks. Silver members receive thoughtful birthday gifts, while Gold members benefit from elevated turndown service. Platinum members earn a Journey Experience Credit, and those reaching Diamond status are rewarded with a complimentary cruise for two—one of the most luxurious benefits in the program.

All Explora Club members enjoy access to a variety of offers and discounts. Additional perks vary by tier and include priority guest services, private transfers, complimentary laundry, and suite upgrades, enhancing the luxury cruise experience at every level.
