AAA Adds Three New Hotels to Exclusive Five Diamond List

AAA has awarded its coveted Five Diamond rating to three new luxury hotels, recognizing them for exceptional service, amenities, and overall guest experience. Representing less than one percent of nearly 23,000 properties reviewed by AAA, these elite hotels are now part of the organization’s most prestigious category.
The newly named Five Diamond hotels include The Chateau at Nemacolin and The Grand Lodge at Nemacolin, both located in Farmington, Pennsylvania, and The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort in Longboat Key, Florida. These properties join an elite group known for their unparalleled service, elegant accommodations, and refined attention to detail.
In addition to the Five Diamond additions, AAA also granted Four Diamond status to nine hotels and eight restaurants in June. Properties recognized with Four Diamonds offer upscale accommodations, fine dining, and high levels of hospitality and design.
New Four Diamond hotels include the Concorde Hotel New York (New York), Firefall Ranch at Yosemite (California), Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico and Hotel Alexander (Mexico City), Legacy Hotel Green Bay (Wisconsin), Marriott Miches Beach All-Inclusive Resort (Dominican Republic), The Belgrove Resort & Spa West Palm Beach, Autograph Collection (Florida), The Olive Ann Hotel in Grand Forks (North Dakota), and Viceroy Los Cabos (Mexico).
Newly rated Four Diamond restaurants include Angler in San Francisco, Bamboo at Tortuga Bay in Punta Cana, Khâluna in Minneapolis, La Mar Cocina Peruana Bellevue, Stage Left Steak – Catherine Lombardi in New Jersey, The Brasserie in Grand Cayman, THE RANCH Restaurant in Anaheim, and Votum in Oregon.
AAA’s Diamond program is updated monthly and is based on anonymous, in-person evaluations by professional inspectors who assess properties using the 4 Cs: cleanliness, comfort, cuisine, and consistency.
