Ben Trodd Named CEO of Four Seasons Yachts Venture
Four Seasons and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., joint owners and operators of the upcoming Four Seasons Yachts, have appointed luxury hospitality veteran Ben Trodd as Chief Executive Officer of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., effective July 1, 2025. The move comes as Four Seasons Yachts prepares for its highly anticipated debut in 2026.
Trodd, a trusted leader with over 25 years at Four Seasons, brings extensive global experience in luxury hospitality. His new role will oversee all aspects of operations, planning, sales, marketing, and crew management for the Four Seasons Yachts division. Based in Miami, Trodd will work closely with construction and design partners Fincantieri and Tillberg Design of Sweden.
The appointment marks a critical milestone for Four Seasons Yachts. The first vessel, Four Seasons I, will begin sailing in 2026, offering ultra-luxury voyages in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. The 95-suite ship is designed to reflect the brand’s signature style and legendary service, featuring a 1:1 guest-to-staff ratio, 11 culinary venues, a marina activated on dedicated Marina Days, spa and wellness facilities, and residential-style accommodations.

Trodd’s previous roles at Four Seasons included General Manager, Regional Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. He played a key role in the initial market strategy for Four Seasons Yachts before departing to serve as Chief Operating Officer at AMAN. His deep knowledge of the Four Seasons brand and global travel landscape makes him uniquely qualified to lead this next chapter.
