Seabourn Updates Loyalty Program with Faster Rewards, Perks

Seabourn has announced major updates to its Seabourn Club loyalty program, set to launch on October 20. The revamped program includes enhanced benefits, faster access to tier status, and a revised cruise award structure based on guest feedback.

Key changes include upgraded streaming Wi-Fi for Silver Members and complimentary laundry starting at the Gold Member level. Seabourn is also lowering the point thresholds needed to reach each tier, allowing guests to access rewards more quickly. For example, Silver status will now require just 15 Club Points, down from 20, resulting in automatic tier upgrades for 23% of current Seabourn guests.

Guests will now earn Seabourn Club Points not only for days sailed but also for paid upgrades to penthouse and premium suites. Diamond and Diamond Elite special events will return on every voyage, enhancing the experience for top-tier members.

Under the new cruise award structure, guests earn a 7-day complimentary Club Award Cruise at 350 Club Days and a 14-day cruise after 460 Club Days, with additional 7-day cruises every 110 days beyond that.

To help travelers transition to the new system, Seabourn is offering a limited-time booking promotion from July 15 to October 19. Guests booking eligible sailings during this period can receive advance credit toward Milestone Awards under the current system—140 days for a 7-day cruise and 250 days for a 14-day cruise.

President Mark Tamis says the updates reflect Seabourn’s commitment to evolving guest expectations and providing more accessible, meaningful loyalty benefits.
