Preferred Hotels Adds 18 New Luxury Properties Worldwide
Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest independent hotel brand, has added 18 new luxury properties to its global portfolio between April 1 and June 30, 2025. To celebrate, I Prefer Hotel Rewards members—both new and existing—can earn 2,500 bonus points for eligible stays at any of the newly added hotels. Bookings must be made by September 30, 2025, for stays between July 3 and December 31, 2025.
Among the new additions is Castello di Velona Resort Thermal SPA & Winery in Montalcino, Italy, part of the L.V.X. Collection. Nestled in Tuscany, this 45-room medieval castle offers thermal springs, a full-service spa, two restaurants, and an on-site winery.
Also joining the L.V.X. Collection is Imlauer Hotel Schloss Pichlarn in the Austrian Alps, featuring 110 rooms in a restored 11th-century castle with a championship golf course, hiking trails, and spa amenities.
In China, the Himalayas Hotel Shanghai, part of the Lifestyle Collection, provides a tranquil escape in Pudong with 412 rooms, a Michelin-starred restaurant, and proximity to major attractions.

- Keswick Hall (Virginia, USA) – Legend Collection
- Royal Hideaway Corales Villas (Tenerife, Spain) – L.V.X. Collection
- Green Pastures (Austin, Texas) – L.V.X. Collection
- Kivotos Mykonos and Kivotos Santorini (Greece) – L.V.X. Collection
CEO Lindsey Ueberroth stated these additions reflect the brand’s commitment to offering authentic, luxury travel experiences across heritage sites and vibrant urban centers worldwide.
