Royal Caribbean Begins Building Fourth Icon Ship
Royal Caribbean International has officially begun construction on its fourth Icon Class cruise ship, marking a significant milestone for the line’s next generation of vessels. The keel-laying ceremony took place at the Meyer Turku shipyard in Finland, where executives from both companies celebrated the start of the build.
During the event, crews placed the first massive building block into the dry dock, setting the foundation for the new ship.
